3CX

3CX is an extremely popular VoIP PBX, that can be run on-prem or hosted in the cloud. It supports many different IP phones, and their own iOS, Android, Windows and Web apps.

Settings

For remote call control from the headset, make sure to select your headset in
Settings > Audio/Video > Headset Integration

  1. On the 3CX client or web application, click 3CX%20Menu on the left-hand menu
  2. Click 3CX%20Settings
  3. Click 3CX%20Audio
  4. At the bottom of the screen is Headset integration
  5. Select your headset from the dropdown list
  6. You will then see your headset is connected
