Since 2002 Grandstream has been producing a large range of SIP Unified Communications solutions. Their portfolio of products has grown to encompass all aspects of communication, from Video and Voice to Wireless Networking.

Please Note: The model number of your Grandstream telephone is displayed on a sticker on the back of the phone. Some models also display it on the top right corner above the display.

Wired Headsets

These phones have a dedicated headset port.

Please Note: The EDRC Feature should be OFF when using a wired headset.

Yealink:
Any Yealink headset with the included cable.

Poly:
Any Poly headset with a Reverse Polaris cable (U10P-S).

Jabra:
Any Jabra headset with Jabra GN1200 CC cable (Switch Setting: 4).

EPOS:
Any EPOS headset with a CSTD 24 cable.
The CSTD 01 cable works but is quieter.

Wireless Headsets

These phones support Wireless Headsets.

  • On the WebUI, under System Settings > Preferences > Audio Control
    Configure your device as shown below: EHS%20Settings
  • Make sure to Save and Apply
  • Press the headset button to put phone is in headset mode

Yealink:
Yealink WH64 with an EHS62 cable. Yealink WH62 or WH63, with an EHS60 cable.

Poly:
Any Poly wireless headset with an APV-63 cable, or an APD-80 and 85638-01 cable.
Switch A

Jabra:
Any Jabra wireless headset with a Jabra Link 14201-33 or Fanvil EHS20 cable.
Jabra Link 14201-33 cable, requires firmware 1.0.11.15 or higher.

EPOS:
Any EPOS wireless headset with a CEHS-AV 04 cable.

USB Headsets

These phones have a USB port which works with USB Headsets or USB Dongles.
Requires firmware 1.0.5.24 or higher.
Please Note: A USB Headset DOES NOT require an EHS cable.

Yealink:
Any Yealink USB headset, including the WH62 and WH63.

Poly:
Any Poly USB headset.

Jabra:
Any Jabra USB headset.

EPOS:
Any EPOS USB headset.

Please Note: Volume adjustment and redial may not be fully supported.
