Please Note: The model number of your NRX telephone can usually be found on a label stuck on the bottom of the phone.
To fit a headset to these phones, unplug the handset and replace it with the appropriate amplifier. The handset cord then plugs into the amplifier.
Plantronics:
Any HW series headset and a M22 amplifier.
Plantronics Wireless
CS540, CS510, CS520, CS530, CS Legend & Savi 710, 720, 730, 740:
Switch position 1, Receive 3, standard telephone cord wiring.
Jabra/GN Netcom:
Any headset and a GN 8000 amplifier or GN 8210 digital amplifier.
ADD-COM:
Any headset and a RED cord.
These phones all have a dedicated headset port.
Plantronics:
Any HW series headset and a Vista cable. Old phones may need Polaris cable
