Plantronics Wireless:
Any Plantronics wireless headset. For the CS500 & Savi series, use switch settings: Transmit 2, Compatibility A, Listening 3.
Note: The phone must be enabled for headset use.
To verify this:
Go to Settings > Set > Jack plug > Headset on the phone.
Make sure the Headset checkbox on the main screen is unchecked. The phone then automatically detects the headset when it is plugged in.
