Please Note: The model number of your Ericsson telephones can usually be found on a label stuck on the bottom of your phone.

Dialog 3000 Series

3201 (DBC201), 3202(DBC202), 3203(DBC203), 3210(DBC210), 3211(DBC211), 3212(DBC212), 3213(DBC213) & Console 2663

To fit a headset to these Ericsson telephones, unplug the handset and replace it with the appropriate amplifier (the handset cord then plugs into the amplifier) or simply use a headset and cord to replace the handset.

These telephones can also be fitted with an optional headset adaptor (DBY 410 02).

Plantronics corded:
Any H or HW series headset and an M22 amplifier. An alternative is a H or HW series headset and an A10 amplified cord.

Plantronics CS60, CS70 & SupraPlusWireless:
Switch position 1, Transmit B, Receive 3, standard telephone cord wiring. This can also be used with the optional HL10 Handset Lifter.

GN Netcom corded:
Any headset and a GN 8000 amplifier or GN 8210 digital amplifier.

Sennheiser corded:
Any headset and a CSTD01 cable.

ADD-COM corded:
Any headset and a Voyager amplifier.

Analogue 4106 & Digital 4220 Lite (DBC220)

To fit a headset to these Ericsson telephones, unplug the handset and replace it with the appropriate amplifier. The handset cord then plugs into the amplifier.

Sennheiser corded:
Any headset top and a CCEL 191 cord.

ADD-COM corded:
Any headset and a Quick Disconnect to 2.5mm cord.

Cordless DT292, DT430 ATEX, DT412 & DT422

These Ericsson phones CANNOT be fitted with a headset.

These telephones have a dedicated headset port. Simply plug the headset in and use it.
